Agent Visibility Content – Terms of Service

By purchasing or paying for services through SnapYourListing Photography (“Provider”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Acceptance of these terms occurs electronically at checkout or invoice payment through Stripe and constitutes a legally binding agreement.

1. Services Provided

SnapYourListing Photography provides evergreen video content for real estate agents designed to support brand visibility and digital marketing.

Services include:

  • One on-location content shoot per quarter

  • Professionally edited evergreen videos

  • Vertical, social-media-ready formatting

  • Light on-camera coaching for applicable packages

  • One round of revisions per video

Specific deliverables depend on the package selected at time of purchase.

2. Package Options

Available packages include:

Lite Package

  • 5 evergreen videos

  • 60-minute quarterly shoot

Core Package

  • 7 evergreen videos

  • 90-minute quarterly shoot

Pro Package

  • 10 evergreen videos

  • 2–3 hour quarterly shoot

Package selection is confirmed at checkout or on invoice and governs the scope of work.

3. Payment Terms

Clients may select one of the following payment options:

Monthly Retainer

  • Billed monthly

  • Three (3) month minimum commitment

  • First payment due at signing and serves as a non-refundable production deposit

Three-Month Upfront Payment

  • Full payment for three (3) months due at signing

Early termination does not waive payment obligations for the minimum three-month term.

4. Content Production & Delivery Schedule

  • Initial videos are delivered within three (3) days after the shoot.

  • Remaining videos are delivered during the same week of each subsequent month until the three-month term is complete.

  • Example: If the first delivery occurs during the first week of a month, future deliveries will occur during the first week of the following months.

  • Unused or undelivered videos do not roll over.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Client is responsible for arriving at the shoot with video ideas and topics prepared.

  • SnapYourListing does not provide scripts, concepts, or video ideas.

  • Client agrees to be on time and prepared for scheduled shoot sessions.

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not guarantee rescheduling or refunds.

6. Revisions

  • One (1) round of revisions per video is included.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions are subject to additional fees.

7. Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are not included:

  • Listing-specific content

  • Brokerage branding

  • Raw footage

  • Caption writing or social posting

  • Performance or engagement guarantees

8. Usage Rights & Ownership

  • SnapYourListing Photography retains ownership of all raw footage.

  • Client is granted usage rights for delivered videos only after full payment.

  • Usage is limited to marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Content may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.

SnapYourListing reserves the right to request removal of content used in violation of these terms.

9. No Performance Guarantees

SnapYourListing Photography does not guarantee:

  • Social media reach, engagement, or lead generation

  • Algorithm performance

  • Sales outcomes

Client acknowledges that results vary based on multiple factors beyond Provider’s control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Platform outages or technical issues

  • Misuse of content by Client

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by Client for services rendered.

11. Termination

  • Client may cancel after the three-month minimum term with written notice.

  • Early termination does not waive payment obligations for the minimum term.

  • Provider may suspend delivery for non-payment.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Agreement Acceptance

Client agrees that completing payment through Stripe constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms of Service. This acceptance is legally binding and enforceable.
